General responsibilities and tasks
- 1st and 2nd level support requests through ITSM platform
- PC deployment, handout and stock management
- Troubleshoot system, network and hardware/software problems implementing a systematic approach to the resolution
- Handheld scanner deployment, handout and stock management
- Smartphone deployment, handout and stock management
- User creation, administration, deactivation
- Email administration
- Office365 administration
- Create and update documentation
- Fulfill deployment phase of IT projects
- Adhere to the company’s hygiene, Environment, Health and Safety policies, systems and safe working practices
Skills, requirements and knowledge
